You’ll have an unfurnished master bedroom with private bath and access to kitchen and living room - there’s not a lot of furniture (no couch). No couples! $700 plus Deposit ($700) and 1/2 of water and power (appox. $150).
About the roomies
Only one person lives here now (54 yr old) with 2 cats - so we’re non smokers but 420 friendly. Neighbors watch everything!!! Safe area - cause neighbors watch everything! I love it…hope you will too. Need a professional woman , not into drama that needs a decent place to stay.
