Temple Street

We own a huge charming single family house on a quiet residential street with a large bright and sunny private room for rent (it is semi-furnished; basically everything you need, except a bed.. we can talk about removing unneeded furniture..) Engaged couple are the owners who live in the house with a small sleepy dog who goes by Noodle. 😂🐶Cannabis friendly but NOT a party house. Ideal candidates are 30+ year old MALES. We have a new friend (42, M) who stays in one of the upstairs bedrooms; Joe and I are 57 an 45. We are interested in finding a fellow of good character who is looking for a safe and secure place to lay their head at night.

As mentioned, the bedroom is partially furnished with a couple of bureaus, a bookcase, and a couple small cabinets. The house is big and old and beautiful, with 14’ ceilings and big tall windows that let in tons of light! (We have some black out curtains from a previous occupier of the room - should bright and sunny all the time not be your gig lol )

There’s a soft, grassy side yard and a fenced in garden area out back, if you find that you possess a green thumb, you can play in the dirt in the garden. We thought we’d try a few seeds out there and see what we can conjure up 👍

The Giant kitchen is always available for you to use; feel free to store as much food as you want in the full size stainless steel fridge and freezer downstairs. We have a free onsite washer and dryer to make use of reasonably.

42 yr old fella lives upstairs in the room next to ours… he is easily one of the friendliest, funniest, well balanced, and by FAR one of the brightest dudes we’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know. He is both outgoing and friendly but also keeps to himself, hence the “well-balanced” part!! He’s helpful if you need him and out of sight if you don’t

• I’m not sure how he knows lol!! He works in the education system and exhibits a great deal of patience and grace in order to do so.

The homeowner grew up in this house and is friendly with the neighbors; definitely recognizing the value and rarity of such a safe and secure neighborhood. His fiance lives here too and she is simply delightful!! (She is also the one writing this ad tee hee hee!) We are laid back and just try to stay grateful for what we have. We’ll always be fair and accommodating the best we can. Life shouldn’t be as exhausting and difficult as it is these days, right?? We will always be fair to you.
