Son just moved out therefore the 1/1 with private bath and walk-in closet is available. The view is very chill and relaxing. You will have access to community pool and gym.

I am a solo professional man, work thru Friday 8a-5p daily; I created a home for myself and son but he has moved and the rent was raised drastically therefore the need for a roommate. Comfortable, homey, and we must be comfortable with each other or we both pass.
