This is a very large bedroom with new queen suite and private bathroom! 🙂 There is also a large desk which I can leave in the room if you need it or can be moved out. Wi-Fi and all of the following subscription services are included- Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBOMax, Disney+, Peacock and Paramount Plus. There is a small refrigerator downstairs but kitchen is shared. I have no problem sharing food if you’d like, or you are welcome to purchase your own. This is a quiet neighborhood and I have one other roommate who is on the main floor and is also quiet and easy to get along with. Winnie is my amazing dog and comes with the package at not additional cost! I am a retired soldier and mental health counselor who works from home. I will be putting a TV in the room. Hulu, Netflix, HBO+, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, and Peacock all included. Hammock in the back yard, so hopefully you can get here before the weather changes! Last, I do have a baby grand piano that I’d like to learn to play, so if you’re a musician come check it out!

I live and work from home so I’ll be around most of the time. I’m pretty social and would prefer someone who can share and engage as opposed to someone who wants to stay in the room all the time. I’d prefer to have a renter who doesn’t smoke cigarettes. LGBT friendly. Definitely not MAGA friendly - if you’re a Trumper, trust me, this probably isn’t where you want to live.
