Kate's room

Hi all!

Room 1: I am looking for a new roommate starting in December (or Jan) ~ minimum 6 month lease with option to extend. Ideally someone clean and relatively quiet :) I work part time and am a full time grad student, so having a nice workspace is important to me. I’m always looking for more ski/ trail run/ mtb partners as well! I am looking for a female roommate age 20-30s.

Room 2: I am ALSO looking for someone to sublease my room for January and February. It will be fully furnished and easy to move in/out. I will move back in in March.

Our house is cute and cottage -y… we have the kindest landlord who fixes any issues with the house within a day. Not to mention being walking distance to the trails!

Both rooms are $825/month.

This is the upstairs until in a house. Two bedrooms, shared bathroom, living area, kitchen, storage space. Happy to provide more photos upon request.
