Sarah's room

Hey guys, my housemate and I are looking for someone to move into the ground level of our Montford home. This place is a short walk to downtown yet is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and privacy. You’d have the whole level to yourself with a private entrance and full bath. We have one cat and no other pets are allowed, sorry! There is a back deck and covered front porch, off-street parking, and updated appliances.

We like to keep the space clean and hang out on occasion, though there is plenty of space to do your own thing. I work in occupational therapy and she is a childcare administrator.
