Colchester Avenue

The home is right across the street from north UVM campus and about a 10 minute walk to downtown. It is a house split into apartments. The room is the bottom floor apartment and you would be sharing the living space with 5 other girls. The bathroom is shared with 2 girls. The living spaces are furnished and the room itself is furnished as well. The room has a twin bed/bed frame, bookcase, and desk. I’m asking about $150 for all the furniture since I bought most of it is brand new (if you do not want the furniture I can make arrangements to take it out). There is in house laundry and off street parking.

The apartment is all girls between the ages of 19 to 23 years old. Some of them are students at UVM while others work full time. They are LGBTQ+ friendly and are also 420 friendly. There is an ESA chihuahua who is the sweetest little thing and makes no noise at all. The girls in the home aren’t big into the party scene and just hang out most nights. Everyone is very welcoming and accepting!!
