I am a 27 year old electrician. Mostly keep to myself, keep hours of 6am-10pm most days. I enjoy various outside activities and video games. There is a tenant downstairs in the house as well but does not have access to any part of upstairs and vice-a-versa.

No smoking inside or out. No pets. Bills included: electric, gas, water, garbage, internet, bi-weekly cleaning service (non-negotiable).
