George's room

Preferably someone who is mature (40-ish or older) and works outside the home. Is clean, quiet, and respectful of their surroundings. The room is single occupancy; no children, couples, or pets. Bathroom is shared with other female tenant - cleaning responsibilities also shared. Bedroom includes a personal use mini refrigerator/freezer and a microwave, and new carpet/fresh paint. Kitchen access is limited as we are going through a remodel process (not quite complete), but everything is functional.

Our home is situated in a lovely, quiet family oriented neighborhood with very little traffic close to SRJC Petaluma. Home security system and cameras in place. We already have one small (hypoallergenic) dog, so (sorry), no pets. Public transportation is just around the corner, as well as 2 shopping centers close by. Deposit is $1,000
