Join two chill roomies in this amazing three bedroom home in the heart of Denver Highlands neighborhood. After three years, the current third roommate is moving out and their spot is available Aug 1 with the possibility of moving your things in a bit earlier.
The room is on the main level and includes a private bathroom with tub and vanity. There is off-street parking and a fenced in front yard/back yard, with quick access to downtown, Highlands Square shops, restaurants/bars, etc., highways, and more. The term is ideally one year, being August 1, 2018-July 31, 2019 for $750/mo, security deposit of $670, with a max of one additional pet ($250 deposit), and utilities of about $75/month. We are 420 friendly, drink socially, and smoke tobacco outside. There is currently one large dog living here, very friendly fella :)
