I am looking for a roommate with a stable job/income, clean and responsible who is okay with staying to themselves. You will have a spacious bedroom, a two door walk in closet and your own private bathroom. I am looking for someone to sign a 3 or 6 month lease. Preferably by next month!

The living room and most of the kitchen (fully furnished) is a shared space, washer and dryer are in the home. Unassigned parking is available. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, pets, kids, couples, parties or overnights.

I work full time as a Dental Assistant, and usually have a busy schedule on the weekends. I am easy going, and friendly. I keep to myself most of the time. I live in a peaceful environment. No drama! I keep a clean, well organized apartment and I expect my roommate to do the same.
