Waterside Court

Looking for a female roommate to move in soon! Utilities included! In unit laundry. I live 5 minutes from Bexley, right off 70 and 10 minutes from downtown Columbus. Two bedroom, two story townhouse with a lake view from the back patio! You would have your own attached bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs as well! The community has a pool, nature trail, basketball court, tennis court and gym! I have cats so you have to love animals! Unfortunately, no pets because I’m only allowed two here and I’m at max capacity :(

I’m currently a full time Master’s student. I have three cats and I’m very quiet. I keep the common areas clean and would like someone I could be friends with, but its not necessary. I like binging shows, thrifting, and exploring new places!
