About the room
I have a master bedroom with private bath for $1,200 per month, plus a $1,000 refundable deposit. You would also have to pay 1/3 of the PG&E, Solar and cleaning lady twice a month. I only rent to 1 person per room.
I also have a guest bedroom available for $850 per month, plus a $1,000 refundable deposit. Also, a 1/3 of PG&E, Solar and cleaning lady twice a month. You have to share the bathroom with another roommate.
Wi-Fi, water/garbage, gardener, alarm system and TV streaming is included.
About the roomies
I have rented one of my guest bedrooms out to a traveling nurse. I am the other roommate but I don’t stay at the house. I just come home to feed my outside cats and water my plants.
