Finished basement space includes sectional couch and TV stand. (Option to bring your own furniture) There’s even room to store some of your items in basement and garage.

We will share the kitchen, dining area and large front deck w/patio table, umbrella and gas grill.

MONTHLY CLEANING AND ALL UTILITIES AND INCLUDED except cable TV (high-speed internet, water, sewer, electric, gas). Off-street parking.

The Cedars Community amenities include outdoor pool and basketball and tennis courts. In addition, the neighborhood is : • bordered by connected walking and bike paths • a short walk to beautiful Pleasant Valley Park with walking/biking trails, picnic/party facilities, tennis/pickleball/platform tennis courts, exercise circuit, outdoor community theater and more. • across the street from Coakley-Russo Memorial 9-hole public golf course. • 10 minutes from NJ National Golf Club. • 30 minutes from Newark Airport. • 5-10 min drive to NYC buses/trains, Rtes. 78 & 287.

Month-to-month lease OK. Background check, first/last mos. rent + security deposit and signed lease required.
