Townhome property just off of 101 in Otsego.

I have 2 bedrooms available on the downstairs level. Both are 10’10“ by 11“ and both have a small closet. Both bedrooms share a downstairs 3/4 bathroom, Otherwise the kitchen, upstairs living room, dining room, downstairs family room, and laundry room are all shared.

I am looking to do a month to month rental situation to 4 month contract (Open to any). Note that the rent price is for one bedroom, however if you wanted both rooms, send me a message and see where we might land. Internet and Sanitation are covered in the rent payment. Gas, Electric and Water, will be split cost.

Update: 1 of the lower rooms has been filled. I am still looking for a second Roommate

I am 22 year old single male just starting his professional career. I work from home and will usually be around if anything is needed. However, I am a Christian and am usually out on Sundays at church. I am a non smoker, and non drinker person. I tend to be more extroverted and outgoing individual but at the same time I also enjoy video games and board games. I am a more clean person, but can also get lazy at times. At the moment, it is just me, but I would ideally like to have 2 more roommates.
