The property is partly fenced in at the front for privacy, and has a large yard. The house is a modest size, kitchen and bathroom would be shared. The room itself is not large, but it would come with heat, electric, and wifi. Blacktopped driveway for private parking. I also garden in the summer

Female, under 30. I live in my own home with my dog, a 3 year old Rottweiler. He is fixed, had all shots and is very well behaved (glued to my side whenever I’m home). He has never had issues with destructive chewing - so your shoes, hats, phone, ect. would be safe if left out in the living area. I enjoy spending time outdoors, drawing, and working out - you would be able to enjoy plenty of privacy and independence in the house. I tend to be introverted and would not be having friends or relatives over interrupting your time. I work from home half the week, which gives me a lot of flexibility with my routines in the house - I don’t mind changing my schedule to suit specific times you may need the kitchen or bathroom. I’m looking at renting this room out because my boyfriend and I decided to split up somewhat suddenly, and financially things would be tight through the winter by myself here. I figured if this arrangement gives someone a hand who needs affordable rent right now, this could help us both out
