Amanda's room

My roommate and I have a room available as of October 1st. I’d prefer a female , as you would be sharing a bathroom with me. He has his own. It’s a Good sized room, with a large closet, Parking is available, and garage space if you need a little storage. We both work a lot and aren’t home much. We are both very clean people, so that would be nessisary. I have a small dog and cat, so preferably no more animals. I also have a VERY SHY 17 year old daughter who visits on the weekends occasionally. This isn’t a party house, just two laid back adults, doin our own thing.

One male, one female roommate, both laid back , quiet, and clean. We both work long hours , so we aren’t around much. When we are, we’re asleep lol
