I live in a renovated 2300 sqft 5 bedroom and 3-bathroom home with my two girls and two cats. There are two available rooms, but the larger rooms downstairs are being worked on. There is a large furnished room with a private bath for $500.00. Plus, there is another semifurnished room downstairs also near a restroom for 450.00 a month. Please come by to see the place for yourself. Background check required for every roommate as you would be around my daughters. Men nor biological male or Trans should not apply as I don’t want strange men around my daughter’s. Plus, no drug use is allowed in my home. Lower rent could be considered for nanny or babysitting services.
