Single Roomie or MILITARY FAMILIES WELCOME This lovely 3/2 house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Retired neighbors all around and plenty of property for “close enough to watch each other’s place for safety but not too close” kind of neighbor. Fire pit, fenced yard for approved dog. The neighborhood is placed in a rural setting but convenient to Brooksville/Spring Hill or the other direction Floral City/Inverness. Super safe to go for daily walks, runs or biking. Floral City park is only a few miles away and the Rails-to-Trails path is located next to the park. The room can be furnished or bring your own. NO CIGARETTE SMOKERS.

Ideally I’d like to find a single like-minded individual which would entail a health conscious, active, drama free person. **However, with our current housing situation I know how hard it is for military families to find housing near their base, I’m offering my space to you and your family if you don’t mind the commute, this can be temporary while you wait for housing or for the duration of your deployment. I’m an easy going, get along with everyone kind of person; raised as a Navy brat I was taught to accept everyone for who they are. ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA ALLOWED. I enjoy the outdoors as much as possible, usually doing something with my dogs or grandkids. I currently have 3 dogs, 1 very large and 2 small. You MUST love dogs, they live in the house with me and even though I do have separation for them, they are part of my family. I show/compete and train so they are well behaved (most of the time) and enjoy people and LOVE KIDS. You will have your own bathroom but it is the guest bathroom and at times I have my grandkids over so they might use it if they need to take a bath.
