About the room
The condo is three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. The available bath and bedroom is upstairs. The condo complex was built in the seventies but some updating has been done. It is completely furnished except for the vacant room. Even though there are three bedrooms there are only two tenants. It has a washer and dryer. There is a small private patio at the back, off the kitchen area. Also, the tenant is expected to pay half of the utility bills each month. There are only 24 units in the complex and most neighbors look out for each other. It is a quiet, friendly setting so there are many restrictions according to the HOA guidelines. The rent is low because the renter is not allowed to drink or smoke in the condo. This is a major concern for myself, the existing tenant and the neighbors.
About the roomies
The current tenant is 32 year old male who is a non drinker. He quiet but friendly and he has a dog. He likes to exercise, draw, listen to music.
