This apartment is in a gated community You’d need an elevator to go up to the apartment unit…it’s in town, close to everyone… there’s no parking in the complex but there’s plenty of parking on the street by the side of the apartment

This private room is in a two bedroom apartment. *The Apartment has A/C *Bathroom is shared “(so you’d have to keep it extra neat )” *No pets allowed *No parking in the apartment complex/ There’s parking outside the apartment complex. The apartment complex is in town 7 minutes from downtown. I’m look for someone that’s quiet and cleans up after themselves. You can bring your friends over But they can’t stay the night. And utilities are not included
