We have three partially furnished private bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower on the upper level of our home.

My wife and I want to rent the upper level of our home.

Overnight guests will not be allowed.

Rent includes utilities, access to the high-speed (600 MPB’s) internet via Wi-Fi, streaming TV using Roku and access to Prime, Hulu, Discovery Plus and other local channels via Roku.

Also, included, is the use of the kitchen and, on scheduled days, use of the laundry room.

You will have a designated space for parking in the driveway. Visitors will be asked to park in the street.

Rent is $1,250.00 month and will be a minimum six month lease. The deposit is $1,250.00

The rooms are partially furnished. The room will come with a night lamp. We have two refrigerators that can hold your perishables.

Please, no dirty dishes left overnight in your room.

My office is located on the lower level with my bedroom and private shower.

We will need to coordinate the use of the kitchen and laundry room usage schedule.

**Quiet time is from 9:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M.

** Note: I (the husband) have clients on the east coast and am typically at my desk by 4:15 A.M. I am usually up at 3:30 A.M. and in bed by 8:30 P.M. o

This should go unspoken, but, cleaning up after you use the kitchen is expected….that rule applies to the husband, too!!!

Our home will be your sanctuary!!!

We are homebodies and are quiet. My wife is an introvert and likes her privacy. I am the extrovert and comedian of the family. I, too, like my privacy. I do like to socialize; and, Helen will after she gets comfortable. We do tend to keep to ourselves. Helen loves to read and do research.

I am a stroke patient and am, still, in PT for my physical deficiencies. I love when people try to help me, but, I have to ask that you ask me first. It actually is appreciated, but, I am learning how to do simple things again….I really like feeling that I have when I accomplish a task.

We are cannabis friendly and consider ourselves conservative hippies. I (the husband) micro-dose cannabis (smoking, edibles, and capsules) daily. H We may have a cocktail once a week. If you are a social drinker and want to join us for our weekly happy hour, you are most welcome.

**We do not allow heavy drinkers to live with us. We had a renter that did and it was too much. After three episodes, he was asked to leave.

We will not allow drama, chaos or excessive alcohol use or use illicit drugs in our home. One or all of these will be cause for the immediate termination of the rental agreement, and, will result in the loss of the deposit.
