Property is situated in a very quiet and well kept neighborhood. It has easy access to restaurants, shopping, The UTC mall and multiple highways. Airport is just 10 minutes away and 20 minutes to the beach.
The available room comes furnished with new furniture and new linens, TV & Wi-Fi. Property has a spacious backyard for relaxing. There is a shared bathroom and there is access to washer and dryer in the garage. There is also a security camera on premises. Pets, smoking, overnight guests, and children are not allowed on property.

I am a Traveling PT and I’m away a lot. This provides the perfect environment for those with demanding hours to have a quiet place to rest. Kitchen and bathroom must be kept clean and it’s a shared responsibility. Room currently available is on a month to month basis.
