This is the first floor of a three story house. A family lives on the second and third floor and the first floor is a private space with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room. Share bathroom, kitchen and common areas with two other females. Female only.
In order to keep the place safe, we do not allow guests in this house. Other house rules include no smoking, no drugs, etc.
Monthly rent: $1200 (including all utilities)
Security deposit: $1200
Month-to-month lease with 30 day notice required to move out.
