Room is considered medium/large. Larger room available for more $$. House would be shared with myself, a mid 20s full time professional. No pending or previous convictions allowed to live with me due to my work in forensics.

This is a quiet, Respectful, peaceful and, beautiful space. No smoking inside. No excessive noise. Not a college house!! Storage available in garage, but please don’t bring excessive amounts of stuff. I try to live a minimalist lifestyle.

One very friendly small dog lives on property. No other furred animals allowed.

Month to month sublet. Move in would be 30 days from approval.

Utilities either shared or flat rate, tbd.

I am a mid 20s full time forensic mental health CT. I am often very busy, gone from 6am to 7pm many days a week. I have a rigid schedule of working, going to class, getting home, walking my dog and, eating dinner. I very much appreciate the peace found in Blue Lake. My dog is a 20lb female mini Aussie.
