Northeast 75th Avenue

I am a 25 year old girl, looking for a roommate to sublet to my 2 Bed 1 Bath home.

Its in the lovely Roseway neighborhood, only 5 blocks from Safeway, and tons of mom & pop shops. Plus its right next to the 12 and 72 bus and a gated backyard to lock a bike.

Its already slightly furnished except for the bedroom that will be rented. I am hoping for an clean roommate, I like to keep it minimalist and slightly spotless. (No shoes in the house, weekly cleaning if not more, no dishes left out etc). If a renter is too busy to clean we can arrange a maid service or a good compromise. I’m very open to communication.

There will be an ADU being built in the backyard so the driveway will be unavailable but the noise will be only between 10-5 weekdays. The basement will also be only occasionally worked on but not in the way

Its smoke/vape friendly but no ash in the house please!

There is shared space, such as kitchen bathroom, washer/dryer; but I have a very flexible schedule so I doubt we will be stepping on each other’s toes

I prefer not to share food or dishware but things like toilet paper, hand+dish soap and garbage bags is totally fine. There’s plenty of kitchen storage and normal storage that can easily be shared as well.

I am a bartender at the local bar here in Roseway, it’s a pretty quiet street, but it’s surrounded but bars, food carts and restaurants. i I have a cat that sometimes stays with me but I prefer no large animals.but as long as they get along with other animals as we have lots of cats and dogs in the neighborhood along with some neighborhood rabbits that we want to keep safe!
