Derrica's room

2 bedrooms open with a shared full hallway bathroom in the middle. Unfurnished with shared living room and kitchen. Access to pool, gym and business center. The community has everything convenient, shopping, beauty supply, Walmart, multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are currently no other room mates and locks can be added to the bedroom doors. This is a 3rd floor apartment, 2 short flights of steps from the front entrance.

I am currently living alone with 1 dog a 15 year old pit mix service animal. She pretty much stays in the sun on the balcony and rotates from there to her kennel. I work full time in Durham and spend most of my time between work and my room. I don’t really cook much now but enjoy restaurants, reading, music, movies and traveling. I am quiet and peaceful no drama. Im open to becoming friends and traveling or going out together or just sharing a home for now. Overnight guests are OK but terms for that would need to be discussed. pictures will be added soon.
