Can move in between Oct 15 and Jan 1st, but flexible to hear your needs.

You can either have the small room for $2,100 or the master room for $3,400, includes utilities. I have two standard sized dogs, and spend most of my time working online from office desk in my room. I like loud music, but also always have earphones on if loud music is not your thing. I am online 8am-6pm, like to cook and stare out the balcony or living room windows to relax, and spend most of my off time with my fiance at another property or the current condo. I will probably spend my time away from home when not working if I have room mate. I can be flexible to lifestyle and accommodating, respectful, chill and down to earth. Unit rents at $5,240 at market price right now, and is about $500 in utilities. So either master or small room, will allocate 60%/40% of shared costs.
