You will have two brand new remodeled bedrooms and a private bathroom. The laundry room is next to both of the bedrooms for easy access. You can use one of the rooms for an office or storage. This is all located upstairs above the main living area and basically you will have 1/2 and I will have the other 1/2 of the upstairs.The house is located right next to a huge park and has a backyard and garden. You will have one parking space in the driveway and there is also a space in front of the house. Your rooms have a front of the house and front street view. There are also big closets in each room. We will share the kitchen,dining and living areas.

I currently live alone and have one dog. Looking for a tidy and responsable roommate.There is no smoking inside the house but vaping is OK. You are welcome to have guests, but no live ins welcome. We will split the utilities, (electric and water). Internet is provided.
