Available unfurnished, 1 bedroom with private bathroom across the hall for rent. Community area living room, laundry room, stove, microwave, dish washer and refrigerator, and living room with TV. The complex has a gym, breakroom, bathroom, computer room, sport court (pickle ball, tennis and basketball), and pool/jacuzzi. Must submit personal information and credit history to leasing office for approval. Upon approval, must release this information, including your license plate #, and employer to me and execute Idaho Roommate Agreement separately. I am responsible for all rent, insurance, utilities, and parking. If you want private parking, you must pay the $45 per month for it. There is street parking if there are no available lot spots. You will be responsible for the agreed upon rent to be paid directly to me in cash. Rent is due the first of the month. Looking for no drama, no agendas, no taking advantage of people-types, no drug users. Must love animals. I keep the apartment clean; however, I don’t judge your room or bathroom. I don’t care if you are a business owner, military, police, medical, lawyer, laborer, tradesman, janitor, teacher, gender, or age. Rent is $700.00 per month. Internet available. I am honest, straight-forward. I require someone who respects my property or the common areas and communicates what is needed or important to the living arrangement.

I am a retired professional living independently. I am a tidy person. I have passions mostly outdoors; however, have a few passions indoors. I am typically quiet. I have family in the area close by. I communicate very well. I have no indoor pets. However, I do love animals.
