The gym includes adjustable dumbbells, cable crossover machine, smith machine, spin bike, row machine, and hack squat. Each room has their own combination locks. The living room has a big screen television. Tenants have a separate refrigerator, and pantries.

Your roommates include the homeowner (male, 40’s, full time professional and full time student), and another roommate (male, 30’s, full time professional and full time student).
