All utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and monthly house cleaning service is included. This property includes a pool, a hammock, porch swings, barbecues, and a 24’ x 24’ gym with climate control. The gym includes adjustable dumbbells, a cable crossover machine, a smith machine, a spin bike, elliptical, a row machine, hack squat, and olympic lifting/ crossfit area. Each room has their own combination locks. The living room has a big screen television. Monitored driveway parking.

Your roommates include the homeowner (male, 40’s, full time professional), and one other male roommate (also a working professional). There are two available furnished bedroom for rent.
