I’m looking to fill one master room/private bath in a 3 bed/2.5 bath spacious townhome with ample sunlight in Irvine. It is located in a nice and safe neighborhood surrounded by many parks which are perfect for walks or runs! The location is central to grocery stores, shopping areas, and the beach.

No pets please.

• ($1675) Master room/private bath/walk-in closet + downstairs workspace area + garage spot excluding utilities (About $70-80 for utilities)

• In-unit washer and dryer
• Backyard/patio space
• Communal access to heated pool/jacuzzi

Looking to live with another female who is clean, easygoing, friendly, respectful, covid conscious and is also a working professional in her mid to later 20s.

About us: I’m working remotely in the life sciences industry. I am a non-smoker, into going outside/hiking, cooking, and photography. I’m pretty easygoing, clean and also value respectful communication. I’m fully vaccinated as well!

The other roommate’s bio: I work at an engineering firm close to lake forest. I like to go hiking, running, going on mini roadtrips, going to the beach, and getting the occasional dose of going to Disneyland. But equally I like to stay home and watch Disney movies to balance it all out. I like to maintain a clean space and I am also respectful of your space and belongings.
