I am looking for a Grad-Student or young professional to be my new roommate while I’m in graduate school. :) The area is close to Daily Ration businesses and the house is super quaint and cozy. There is a driveway and plenty of space for both cars. Also a small backyard with a patio. The living room already is furnished. There is a third room that is an office-study space that the cat sleeps in at night. If you don’t like cats or are passive aggressive or like to party then this is not the home for you. :) The kitchen has microwave, fridge, stove, oven, deep sink but no dishwasher.

Side notes about pets: This isn’t a dog kind of home since the backyard is not fenced in and is very small with stepping stones, gravel and patio. There are two baby goats who live in the backyard of the next door neighbors house. They are very cute and only make noise later in the morning and early in the evening.
