Southeast Ironwood Avenue

We are searching for a reliable roommate to occupy a bedroom (approx. 11’x 15’) with a private (but not adjoining) bathroom on the upstairs floor of our 4 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse. Move in date planned for Oct. 16. (Please excuse the clutter in the pictures, the room is in great shape) Rent is $500. There is a deposit of $1000. Good credit and rental history is beneficial. Utilities range from $110-$150 each, and include gas, electric, water, garbage, internet, and house supplies (sponges, paper towels, tp for the main floor bathroom, cleaning supplies, fridge water filters,etc). There is central air in the house, and a balcony with a table and chairs, room for some plants if you like. There is a ton of space in the garage for storage or a hobby. There is a weekly cleaning chore or two, and a monthly deep cleaning chore or two. Nothing too complicated or unreasonable. We want someone that will clean up after themselves when they are done cooking, vacuum once in a while. Keep the common areas neat and orderly. Take out the garbage. Recycle. Without being asked :) Pet friendly is key; there are small dogs and a couple of cats already residing in the house. Please be good with animals. Additional pets are negotiable, but would require a deposit.
There is room for a vehicle to park in the driveway, any other vehicle(s) would have to park on the street, which is free. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, well maintained, and we are near all kinds of stores, restaurants and other attractions/amenities.

One is a man, in his early 20s. He works in retail nearby, and enjoys gaming. The other two are a couple in their 30s. The man works nearby in retail, and the woman works in sales downtown. They own the animals in the house, three dogs and two cats.
