About the room
The room for rent is located Sugar Hill, Georgia (Gwinnett County between Suwannee and Buford). This is a quiet community. Iām close to stores, shops and restaurants.
You will have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, garbage parking, exercise room and private bath. All utilities are included with wifi and cable. There is a month to month Room Lease Agreement.
Proof of income and background check required. NO CREDIT CHECK!
You must be a clean individual who cleans up behind herself. No smokers and no pets. You are the only person allowed to occupy the room. No one else can occupy the room in a live-in situation. This is a drama and stress free safe zone for mature adults.
About the roomies
I am the Landlord. There is no other person living in the home other than myself.
