I’m looking for someone to share my one bedroom apartment with! There is plenty of space to set up furniture in the living room, there is also space in a utility room (which is empty) off of the living room that would fit a bed. There is one bathroom, which will be shared between us. We will split utilities. There is high speed internet, and unassigned parking right outside the apartment.

I’m a 23 year old transfem who works most days. I am generally quiet and keep to myself, but am still friendly. I value harmony in my living situation. I would prefer a roomie who’s lgbt, but I am open to anybody who’s accepting and courteous.
