Located near downtown in Middle Shook Run area. Between Patty Jewett Golf Course and Downtown. Renting out my basement as a bedroom. It has its own full bathroom. All expenses are included. House has heating and A/C. Entering through the backdoor leads directly into the basement and acts as a private entrance.

Looking for a quietish roommate. Not looking to turn the house into a party scene though you’re welcome to have ppl over. I’m currently the only one living in the house with my Dog a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
