Female roommate between the ages of 25-35 to start lease for one bedroom and shared bathroom in townhome near downtown Greenville starting on or around September 25th. It is not available until then. The room comes unfurnished.

About the Home:

Located on downtown end of E. North Street, 5 minute drive to falls park, this three bedroom, two and a half townhome offers ample off street parking at a wonderful location at just $500/month. With utilities, it usually comes out to around $650/month for your share.

Your bedroom (Please note: it will be unfurnished) is located on the second floor in the quiet corner of the house, away from the street. Your shared bathroom is situated next to your bedroom, shared with me.

The home itself offers sunlight all day long in the large downstairs living room, dining area and kitchen, which are all shared common areas. There is also a washer and dryer downstairs off the kitchen. We love to sit on our covered, screened in porch on quiet evenings and enjoy a cup of tea and a book.

There is plenty of storage as well in the basement and garage.

We are two extremely busy professional women who happen to be sisters and roommates. We are both working full time and would like a roommate who has a similar schedule. Our hobbies include photography, baking, mountain drives and art. There are already two cats in the house, so unfortunately, you would not be able to bring pets.

Of note:

We prefer a drama free environment. A home is supposed to be a clean environment to come and relax, unwind and reset. We have some house rules to keep the house as described. If you are not organized, respectful, considerate and do not keep common areas clean, please do not apply. We have found these traits to be imperative in considering a new roommate. We love this house and we love living here, so we are not going to risk inviting negativity and chaos into the house. In addition, we are ONLY considering other women for this opportunity.
