Laura's room

I live in a charming, single family home and have just started to rent out the extra bedrooms. The room that is available is a larger, furnished room with high ceilings, a ceiling fan, closet and bright windows. There is currently a bed w/bedding, desk, chair, dresser, nightstand and lamp in the room. The upstairs has large shared bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. You will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, back patio, backyard, and laundry. We are half a block away from a small park and a nice residential neighborhood to go for walks. You can also walk to CVS, walgreens, a bagel shop, Dunkin Donuts and several other restaurants and stores. Everything else is just a short drive with very easy access to most major highways in the area.

I’m 36, I’m a teacher, friendly and easy-going. Our other roommate is 25, works at a pharmaceutical company and is really great! I also have a goldendoodle so ideally we would have someone who enjoys dogs. He’s adorable and hypoallergenic/non-shedding. My roommate and I both stay pretty busy, but we’re always up for going out and having a good time!
