SUBLET: Jan 1-Feb1 (or earlier/later). Harlem 4 bed/2bath off 145th. ABCD express trains (7 min walk)! ROOM DETAILS: The room is large and furnished with a full bed, lamp, dressers, desk and chair. There are windows looking out to the street and a closet. Additionally, there is a remote operated ceiling fan with light. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. about the rest of the space: 7 min walk to 145 abcd, 25 min commute to midtown (Also close to c and 1 local trains) recently renovated w/ 4 bedrooms (though only 3 are occupied and one can be for storage) 2 full baths (you will share 1 bath with one other roommate) washer & dryer in unit dishwasher elevator outside terrace/seating area Package area Pets allowed we are looking for: Someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of common areas- sharing common space maintenance chores etc (each person cleans the common spaces of the apt weekly, so you’d clean once while you’re here. During the cleaning week that same person is responsible for taking out the trash/recycling and emptying the dishwasher. We alternate cleaning the shared bathroom every other week). Apartment supply orders are split evenly (someone will do an order for toilet paper etc and send a Venmo request). We’re clean (no dishes left in the sink overnight, clean up after ourselves after cooking, no shoes in the apt).

who we are/I am: Current roommates are one male and one female. LGBTQIA+ & 420 friendly. 1 works as a Senior Associate at a FinTech Company and the other as a curator. We are kind, understanding and flexible individuals who prefer someone who is also direct and transparent in their communication as well as responsible (please let us know your pet peeves :)).
