I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt and looking for someone to fill the other room for a 6 months or a year lease. You will have your own room and bathroom. Access to everything in the apt. I will be here for one year. Utility/light bill varies from about $75 in fall and $150 in the summer. We would split this bill and water bill. Must pay rent amount after you have reviewed the home and we sign agreement to move in. Great quiet area for someone who is a working professional like me. The Room will be cleaned out once someone moves in, I have used this as a spare room for storage since I’ve been in here.

I work from home mon-fri. I will not be in your way as I will be working in my computer area . I go to the gym 3 times a week and keep to myself. I hope to meet someone responsible like me. No pets and no smoking please. Get to know me and I get to know you, send a msg if interested.
