About the room
I have a bedroom/bathroom available in the Cooper apartments. Super convenient location- about a half mile from literally anything you need. Apartment is furnished except for room-but may be able to get you furniture if you don’t have any. We would both be on the lease. $50 application fee.
About the roomies
I am 36, and have a great dog named Guppy, who is 14. She’s not friendly towards other dogs or cats, so no pets please (unless it’s like, a lizard. Which I’m totally cool with.) I am not a partier, I work full time and spend my time off at home with the Gup :)
