Falk Road

My buddy and i got approved for a townhouse at Creekside Village in Vancouver (3b 2.5 bath). We got lucky and got the one thats tucked in the back by the trees where the trails are so its perfect if you have a dog. When you walk into the townhouse you can hear your voice echo its really big (1452 sq ft) with high ceilings and new appliances and floor. Its available Oct 7th and could be ready sooner waiting on the apartment to fix and replace things from previous tenant. You’d have to apply with the leasing office at the apartment. The room has a shared wall with the other room with shared bath. also has a garage and 24hr gym next to the pool :)

I moved out here 2 months ago from Boston and J is flying out Oct 1st from Vegas. Our buddy who we game with got us a job at the same cabinet/wood mill he works at and are moving into this townhouse and need a 3rd. If you guessed we play a lot of games Fortnite,COD,New World and some other stuff but we’re very competitive when we play. It’d be nice if we could find someone else who plays but not required. We’d work at 6am and off at 2:30pm so someone with a night schedule would be perfect so someone would always be home because i have a Goldendoodle named Bella she’s 6yrs old and she’s a princess and means the world to me. No male dogs unless they’re small they always try and hump Bella sorry. I’m pretty simple I work,eat,sleep,game, and fish lol. J (28) is covered in tattoos and likes to go on runs. Both of us are stoners so there’s gonna be some music playing but definitely not a party environment. Ima do most of the cooking also and we’re not slobs we like to be clean i always wipe my dogs feet when she comes in from going potty lol. We don’t care what you like or do just be respectful of each others space and have a very straight and clear line of communication so we don’t cross boundaries and cause drama.
