really nice area, apartment complex is considered “luxury” and is gated, requiring a code to enter. amenities are awesome; two pools (one is adult only), 24/7 fitness center, tennis court, dog park, clubhouse, etc. conveniently located next to a CVS, UPS, and various other food and shopping destinations. not far from the freeway.

i am in a 2bed 2bath 1100sq ft apartment. only the bedrooms have carpet and the rest is vinyl flooring. the appliances are all stainless steel with granite countertops. you will have your own fairly large bedroom with closet and bathroom with a full bathtub. i am on the ground level and have a nice patio space as well.

hello! im a 27 year old who is going through a career change. i am currently in school to be an esthetician and will finish march of 2023. due to the spike in rent costs, i am looking for a female roommate to move in sometime in november or early december at the very latest.

my rent is going up to 1325and so you will pay 700. i am pretty clean, kind, trustworthy and respect boundaries. i am not a partier and prefer small gatherings, but i usually go out with friends as opposed to hosting. the only person who comes over regularly is my boyfriend, who is also very nice and respectful. all i really ask for is respect for our shared space, to clean up after yourself and keep the common areas clean if you use them, respect of each others boundaries and for you to treat my pets with the utmost kindness and love! i have a dog (hypoallergenic breed) and a cat, so unfortunately no more pets are allowed.
