West Oak Street

Looking for someone to take over my lease starting in Mid October or the beginning of November. Lease ends at the end of July 2023. Rent is $785, with around $100 per month with internet, recycling, and utilities. Pets are not allowed, unfortunately.

An old farmhouse built in the early 1900s, this house is located on a corner lot across the street from City Park. Property includes a fenced in yard that is beautifully landscaped, especially in the spring when the garden is in bloom. Additional planting boxes available to plant herbs and vegetables. The front porch overlooks all the happenings of City Park and is great for hosting friends on warm summer nights. Location could not get much better, with a small corner market, a brewery (stodgy’s), and a coffee shop all with a 10 minute walk away!

Inside space consists of common areas including a living room, dining space, and kitchen. A total of four rooms are in the house 2 on the first level share a bathroom with a shower and bath tub. 2 additional rooms upstairs that share a bathroom. The room available is located on the first level.

Current occupants include 2 guys (30 years old) and one girl (29 years old). All gainfully employed and looking for someone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Occasionally we host people on the weekends. We like to keep a clean house and respect others space.

House atmosphere has a relaxed, chill vibe. All roommates are independent and self sufficient. They’re from Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Long Beach. On occasion we share a meal or watch a movie together. Interests of the various roommates include fishing, watching sports, hiking, cooking, mountain biking, and enjoying all the Fort Collins community has to offer!
