Eva's room

This is in a good and safe neighborhood borderline Clovis. The room is spacious it is upstairs. Wi-Fi and comcast included. Room comes with a bed and a desk. If you have your own bed, I can take this one out. I would prefer the desk to stay. You will share a restroom with one other person only. You will have your own sink. washer and dryer available.

This is a two-story house, downstairs I live with my husband and daughter. We work during the day and daughter at school. Upstairs is another roomie she is great and very clean. your restroom and room also upstairs. we do have one pet a small dog she’s mostly outside. We are chill people mind our own business.
