About the room
Looking for some one to rent out upstairs room for at least 6 months (open to longer if it works out for everyone). Room is on the opposite side of house from rest of rooms so it’s very private.
Utilities included, Wi-Fi, Parking off-street, Washer & Dryer use and Full private bathroom
-Security Deposit of $200 due at move in. -Looking for just ONE PERSON (no couples or children) -No pets -Smoking and/or Vaping outside ONLY -NO drinking, illegal drug use or possession and NO guns or weapons

About the roomies
Married long term M/F couple. We are in our mid 30s. We tend to keep to ourselves and spend most of our time in our office. We work from home about half the time so would need some quiet when working. We have 3 small dogs (Pug, Rat Terrier and, Chihuahua) who are all friendly but tend to stay with us.
