Hi, I have an unfurnished room for rent in a 4 bedroom townhouse. You will have access to your own bathroom. We currently have three people living on the property.

This property is located in a prime spot in Rancho Cucamonga, 5 to 10 min away from Target, Trader Joe’s, Victoria Gardens, and much more! Every room in the house has its own bathroom so there will not be a need to share with other housemates.

You will also have access to the community pool and gym!

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. This will be split amongst the housemates.

There is a financial and background check (cost is $55) required before the start of the lease.
