Pros:

• Separate room in a 3 bd/ 2 bth house.
• Animal friendly
• Baseboard heating in each room for personal adjustment. Window AC unit available upon request.

Cons:

• Limited street parking by house
• No dishwasher (Hoping to change that with the rent income)
• Thin walls; can hear various sounds in the neighborhood

Rent includes coverage for internet and utilities (water, trash, electricity)

Just myself as the homeowner and my cat. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself. Will often cook so that may be the cause of some disturbance and also space taken in the fridge. Also trying to develop yard space so may track dirt or cause noise with gardening.
