What’s more important, fancy or “space?” House with garden, plenty of “space”3 blocks from beach. Your room 12’x14’ windows on two elevations. Shared bathroom, though negotiable. Full access to all areas, kitchen, living rm, small office, basement, back deck and large garden. Would like for roomy to become friends, sometimes eat, cook, garden together, don’t have to be besties but need to be comfortable.
